Services

Front Range Window King provides residential and commercial window cleaning services and related exterior and interior cleaning services.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of estimate. Any unforeseen issues such as paint, hard water stains, or construction debris may result in additional charges. Customer approval will be obtained before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will provide reminder notifications prior to your service.

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, Front Range Window King is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or frames
• Damage due to faulty construction, aging materials, or improper installation
• Failure of seals in insulated glass units

Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions.

Communications Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive communications via phone, email, and SMS related to your service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
